During his long association with the Group, he has held various key positions and has extensive experience in project management and corporate finance. He has handled many challenging assignments in the Group that include raising resources from the domestic and global capital markets, corporate restructurings and regulatory matters. He has been a key member of various senior management cross-functional teams on risk management, operations and driving growth.

Sabyasachi has the experience of leading functions like IT and Marketing & Sales apart from HR.

He has been with the RPSG group since 2007 and immediately before moving to the Group level assignment he was the Chief - HR & IT at PCBL. During this long stint he has been an integral part of the leadership team which spearheaded the transformation of PCBL Ltd.

Before joining the group, he led the HR function of Berger Paints India and subsequently was the Director - HR (APAC) for Sherwin-Williams.

Sabyasachi is a certified CEO coach and an Emotional Intelligence coach. He is also a Steering Committee member of IMI Delhi, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.

Prior to PCBL, he was with Apollo Tyres Limited and was a Management Board Member.

Kaushik Roy is a member of the Managing Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

He brings expertise in enterprise B2B across both services (applications, infrastructure, and business process) and products (SaaS/ BPaaS/PaaS/ AI and ML).Most recently, Ritesh was with Uniphore, an enterprise grade, AI native company where he was the Chief Revenue Officer. During his time there, he partnered with the founders to help grow the business more than 2.5x and established Uniphore as the market leader in conversational AI.

Prior to Uniphore, Ritesh was with Tech Mahindra where he was the President of a $1.4 billion portfolio of businesses (BPS, Software Products & Platforms and Experience Design), which he grew the business at 7-8 times the industry growth rate at industry leading margins. He has also worked both as CEO and advisor in VC/ private equity-backed portfolio companies in the financial services, healthcare, and technology verticals. He was part of the leadership team at Infosys, where he helped scale the business from $100 million to $8 billion in revenue. He spent his formative years in Citigroup and PwC. He has also held several board-level positions in organizations like Consolidated Aviation Services, BORN, Perigord, and Eventus to name a few.

Ritesh has an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He also has a postgraduate honors diploma in Systems Management from NIIT. He did his undergraduate studies in accounting and economics from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, University of Mumbai.

Rajeev has an extensive experience in the FMCG industry with Gillette, P&G and Reckitt Benckiser. He has held diverse roles in frontline Sales, Brand, Strategy, Business and General Management. In his last assignment, he led the Sub Saharan business for Reckitt.
Rajeev is a graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management and is passionate about building teams and businesses.

He spent his formative professional years in sales and marketing roles in the Paints, Tobacco, and Beverage's industry post where he spent over a decade in Europe and Middle East in global and regional leadership roles in the Beverages and Food Services industry within the Nestle Group. Anuj moved back to India in 2017 and worked in the Grocery Retail sector at Walmart and was most recently the Country Head for General Mills India Business.

Anuj is a Bachelors in Statistics from Delhi University, a Post-Graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and an MBA from the London Business School, UK.

His deep understanding of the various aspects of digital media has ushered in a growth momentum at Saregama by transforming the music label into a digital business.

Before joining Saregama, Vikram Mehra has had stints in Tata Sky, STAR TV, TCS, TAS and Tata Motors.

He began his professional career as a Trainee Engineer in CESC in 1984 and subsequently worked in the Operation & Maintenance areas of CESC. He played a key role in the commissioning of the Budge Budge Generating Station and the Haldia project.

He started his career in GEC and moved onto Crompton Greaves and Schneider Electric. In his last stint, he was the CEO of Reliance Energy.
